Assessment Description

The Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory (HBRI) evaluates an individual’s ability to solve problems and make business-related decisions. With norms based upon managerial samples, it is designed to predict occupational success and distinguishes between tactical and strategic reasoning abilities. The HBRI is comprised of 24 items representing verbal, quantitative, and graphic materials and can be completed in 25 to 30 minutes. It is suitable for both selection as well as development.
