We’ll use these specific insights and patterns to identify what makes you tick, your dreams and goals, potential obstacles and then we’ll lay out a plan to get you to where you want to go. With this tailored-to-you coaching package, you will receive:

THE BIRKMAN PREMIER ASSESSMENT:

The Birkman Method^® is a personality, social perception, and occupational interest assessment which measures and provides insights into your behavioral strengths, motivations, stress behaviors, and targeted career profiles. The Birkman Method is an exceptional tool to better understand yourself, understand others, as well as the interpersonal and career choices that can lead to success and well-being – both at home and in the workplace.

THE BIRKMAN PREMIER REPORT AND REVIEW:

The Birkman Premier Report is a comprehensive behavioral report.  It includes all of the information from the Birkman Basics Report along with detailed descriptions of 11 behavioral components in your 3 different behavior patterns. Included in the report is a powerful report on your stress behaviors and how to avoid stress specific to your behavior patterns.

Measures of The Birkman Method®

• Usual Behavior – effective behavioral styles for tasks and relationships.
• Underlying Needs – internal perceptions and expectations for how tasks and relationships should be governed.
• Stress Behavior – ineffective behavioral styles when Needs go unmet.
• Interests – vocational and avocational preferences.

90 MINUTE CAREER PLANNING PHONE SESSION 

Schedule this session with your highly trained Career Coach. Your Coach will guide you through this career planning session and when you hang up, you will doubtless be inspired, clear-minded and ready to take the next step toward achieving your dream career!

90 MINUTE INTERVIEW OR CAREER DEVELOPMENT PHONE SESSION 

This Coaching session will focus on job hunting, career leadership, or business development based on the specific goals and plans that you have achieved thus far in the career coaching process. This session will be for you to ask questions, voice concerns, and finalize your career plan in order to move on with complete confidence and direction!

THE FINE PRINT

Cancellations: It is our ongoing focus to be readily available to our clients. When short-term cancellations occur, it hinders our ability to schedule time effectively and meet the needs of our clients. We ask that all appointments be cancelled within two working days prior to the day of the confirmed meeting. Cancellations made within one working day prior to the day of the confirmed meeting will be billed at half rate. Cancellations made on same day, unless due to an emergency, will be billed at full rate.

Scheduling: All scheduling is done through info@thewineingercompany.com. All report requests for Birkman, 360s for Individual or Corporate, Highland Ability Inventories, Hogan, Watson Glaser and DiSC reports (other measurement tools available upon request) are sent to this email. If for any reason you do not hear back within a 24-hour window, please reach out again.
